how do i know my driver is on the way?
Once your ride has been confirmed, BridgePoint Mobility will provide you with the information you need regarding your scheduled transportation. Our driver will arrive at the designated pickup location within the scheduled timeframe.

what should i do if i left something in the Transport Vehicle?
If you believe you left an item in a BridgePoint Mobility vehicle, contact us as soon as possible. Provide the date and approximate time of your trip, your pickup and drop-off locations, and a description of the missing item.
